    If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.

    However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

  • CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

    Please request us on "MY Q&A" in BOARD or email us at official@vitamrobe.com as soon as you can.

    If your order has yet to be processed, we can still cancel your order or edit your shipping details.

    Please note we are unable to combine orders, alter sizes, add or remove pieces, or edit billing details once an order has been placed.

    We can, however, help you cancel your original order and place a new order as long as your order has yet to process.

    Please note cancellation for Pre-order items is prohibited. This restriction is also listed at checkout for Pre-order items.

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

    Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email from us with a tracking link. 

    If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your shipping confirmation,

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    We do our best to process purchases placed during normal business hours withing 1-3 business days.

    Please note that orders placed during the holiday season may take 5-7 business days to process and ship.
